One cannot ignore the diversity that Azerbaijan has to offer, whether in terms of its modern architecture versus the historical archelogy or in terms of unity between different cultures or the wealth that nature has offered this place. Its level of human development is at par with most East European countries as also an appreciably high economic and literacy rate.
